4. Intellectual Property
All course materials including videos, presentations, PDFs, charts, tools, templates, recordings, and website content are the intellectual property of Phonix Group or its licensors.

5. User Conduct
You agree not to misuse our website, classroom sessions, or digital platforms, including:

Violation may result in immediate access termination without refund.
6. Payments
All program fees must be paid in full at the time of registration.

- Payment gateway charges are non-refundable
7. Refunds
Refunds, if any, are governed strictly by our Refund Policy. Any conditional guarantee or transfer option will apply only if explicitly mentioned and all eligibility requirements are met.

We may use third-party platforms such as Zoom, Google Meet, payment gateways, CRM tools, or email/SMS services. Your use of these services is also subject to their respective terms and policies.

10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Phonix Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the program in the preceding three months.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts located in Surat, Gujarat shall have exclusive jurisdiction. Parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution for 30 days before litigation.
